Use elvarinio's checkout to review your order and complete payment. The information below explains payment options, order charges and where to get assistance.

Available payment methods

The payment methods supported for your order are displayed at checkout and can vary by location. Please choose one of the options shown there. Store prices are in USD unless another currency is explicitly displayed.

Reviewing your total

Check the selected products, quantities, discounts, delivery details and final total before submitting payment. Any applicable shipping charges and taxes appear before the purchase is completed. Your payment provider may apply its own currency conversion or account fees.

Payment security

Checkout is provided through Shopify, and payment information is processed by the payment services displayed during checkout. Enter sensitive payment information only in the appropriate checkout or provider fields. Customer support will not ask you to send a full card number, card security code, password or one-time verification code by email.

Payment questions

If a payment is declined, check the details entered and contact your payment provider if further authorization is needed. For a duplicate or unfamiliar store charge, contact service@elvarinio.com with the order number and a description, without including full card details.

Refunds

Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after an authorized return is received and inspected. Your payment provider can need an additional 5–10 business days to post the funds. See our Return Policy for eligibility and the full process.
