How long will my order take?
Processing normally takes 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. For United States deliveries, transit after dispatch is estimated at 5–10 business days, or approximately 6–13 business days in total. These are estimates; other destinations have different delivery times. See our Shipping Policy.
How much is shipping?
The shipping rate is US$5.99 for eligible order subtotals below US$45. Orders of US$45 or more qualify for free shipping. Any applicable shipping charge is displayed before payment at checkout.
Where do you deliver?
Our shipping groups cover the United States and Canada, and other supported destinations. Enter your address at checkout to confirm availability, or email service@elvarinio.com if you need help with a destination.
Will I receive tracking information?
Tracking information, when available, is sent in the shipping confirmation email after dispatch. If the tracking has stopped updating or the estimated delivery window has passed, contact us with your order number.
Can I return an item?
Eligible items may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery. For a change-of-mind return, keep the item unused and in its original condition with the original packaging. Email us to request the next steps; the return address is provided with the instructions for an approved request. See the Return Policy.
Who pays return postage?
Customers cover postage for preference-based returns. If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete or materially different from its description, our team will arrange an appropriate solution without an additional cost to you.
When will my refund arrive?
After an authorized return is received and inspected, an approved refund is initiated within 3–5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need another 5–10 business days to show the credit.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us as soon as possible. We will check the order's status, but changes are not guaranteed after fulfillment begins. An order that has shipped follows the return process.
How should I care for my jewelry?
Wipe gently with a soft dry cloth, store pieces separately and keep them away from perfume, water and household chemicals. Our Jewelry Care Guide has more information.
