Shipping policy
This policy explains how elvarinio orders are processed and delivered. All shipping prices and thresholds on this page are in US dollars (USD).
Order processing
Orders are normally prepared within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders received on a weekend or public holiday enter processing on the next business day. Processing time is separate from the time a parcel spends in transit.
Estimated delivery to the United States
- Order processing: 1–3 business days.
- Transit after dispatch: approximately 5–10 business days.
- Total estimated delivery: approximately 6–13 business days, including processing.
These are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Carrier disruption, customs review, severe weather, public holidays and busy shopping periods can affect delivery.
Shipping charges
- Fast shipping: US$5.99 for an eligible order subtotal below US$45.
- Free shipping: for an eligible order subtotal of US$45 or more.
The same rate thresholds apply to our United States and Canada shipping group and to other supported destinations. Discounts can change the subtotal used to determine eligibility. Any applicable delivery charge is displayed at checkout before payment.
Other destinations
Enter your delivery address at checkout to check availability. Delivery estimates outside the United States depend on the destination and are not covered by the United States estimate above. Contact service@elvarinio.com before ordering if you need help with a destination-specific estimate.
Dispatch and tracking
Tracking details, when available, are sent in the shipping confirmation email after dispatch. Use the carrier's tracking page to follow the parcel. Shipment routing and dispatch arrangements may differ by destination.
Address changes and delivery assistance
Check your address, postal code and contact details before placing an order. If a correction is needed, contact us promptly; changes may not be possible once fulfillment is underway. If tracking stops updating, a parcel passes its estimated arrival window or an item arrives damaged, email your order number and the relevant details so we can review the shipment and help resolve the issue.
